Antique early-20th Century Imperial Russian Faberge cigarette case, applied
with vibrant red guilloche enamel on silver, richly silver-gilt throughout, the
flange mounted with a row of old rose-cut diamonds, a diamond-set thumbpiece,
borders applied with 14k gold laurel leaf bands.
Hallmarked Russian silver 88 (916 silver purity), gold 56 (585 standard), St
Petersburg, year 1900-08, Maker's mark H.W for Henrik Wigstrom (in Russian:
Хенрик Вигстром) is one of the most relevant workmasters of the House of
Fabergé, along with his predecessor Michael Perkhin.

In Great Condition - general wear to the enamel.
