- How long will it take to receive my item if I order with free shipping?

Every item is hand-designed, then printed and shipped by a printing company,
one at a time. This can be a lengthy process, and I like to give it 10 business
days of processing time (to be safe). So, it could take about 2 weeks for you
to receive your item. If you haven't received your item in 2 weeks, please
reach out to me.

Unfortunately, unless you choose Express shipping, I cannot guarantee that
your item will get to you in shorter than 2 weeks, but usually, items get to
customers in an average of 5 to 7 days.

During the holidays, shipping and production time can take as long as 3 weeks.



- Can I cancel my order even though I just placed it?

I am so so sorry, but once you place an order, I cannot cancel or give you a
refund for it. My process is automated and I use a textile printer to print my
goods. So, once your order has been placed, the order is routed to the printer
who will begin printing immediately—and I will be charged by my printer for the
item and the service. For this reason, I cannot cancel orders or offer refunds,
so PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE double check all item information and descriptions
before you place an order. If you have a question, please don't hesitate to ask
me! I will get back to you quickly. But don't order before you ask. I'm so
sorry that this is an inconvenience that can't be avoided!.

A NOTE ON SHIPPING FOR THE HOLIDAYS: Shipping during the holidays can be very
unpredictable. Sometimes, you'll receive an order in 5 days. Sometimes it'll
take 3 weeks. I CANNOT GUARANTEE AN ITEM WILL GET TO YOU BY CHRISTMAS UNLESS
YOU ORDER IT BY DECEMBER 10. I also cannot offer any refunds or partial refunds
for any item that doesn't get to you by Christmas, unless you order it BEFORE
