Vintage 1980s Sharif Leather Bag with Snakeskin, Weave and Tapestry Abstracts

This is a vintage 1980s Sharif Leather Crossbody Bag. Made in the USA, Sharif
bags are known for their artisanal design, quality materials and excellent
construction. They are a classic and collectible vintage label. This stylized,
ruched, tan-tone leather lady has lots of 1980s style. The outer body has
abstract stitched elements of woven leather, genuine snakeskin, embossed
sections, two leather tassels, and tapestry elements. The two bag sides are
similar but subtly different in color, fabric and pattern, making for two
different look options. The leather wrapped frame of the bag is smooth and
gently rounded. To open, pull the two leather tassels in opposite directions.
Inside, you will find an internal kiss-clasp closure, and a mocha coloured silk
faille lining. One inside zippered pocket bears the Sharif metallic gold
insignia. For wearing, this bag has multiple options: The long thin leather
crossbody or shoulder strap has a 22” drop, is tie adjustable, and can be
tucked in completely for a clutch ride. Fits all modern essentials. Groovy
1980s vibes and friendly wearable warm neutral colours. Good vintage condition
with minor signs of time including tiny marks on the frame, very minor marks on
one part of the lining, and one leather section with surface wear that actually
